The posted compensation range of $52.02 - $77.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for managing the daily administrative and technical support sections of a medical clinic in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. Anticipate and plan for future changes. Make recommendations to improve customer service as appropriate. Will support a large specialty or multi-specialty clinic.  In addition the Market Manager Behavioral Outpatient Services position is responsible for driving the strategic growth and development of Behavioral Therapy Services to create a regional center of excellence and value.  Services include Inpatient, Residential, Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Services.  This position is responsible for developing and leading Therapy Services within the Behavioral Service Line. 

  • Has the authority to interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
  • Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit and department needs, and collaborate with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
  • Manage performance including:  setting goals, clarifying job expectations, monitoring performance progress, providing feedback, recognize, developing skills and addressing performance issues related to work and our Commitments using corrective action.
  • Coordinate clinic operations and activities to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare, recommend, and monitor clinic budget, goals, and objectives taking into consideration input from clinic staff.
  • Ensure and maintain environment to comply with regulatory, licensure, compliance and accreditation  requirements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patient and external customer complaints. Reconcile and investigate all complaints relating to practice operations.
  • Accountable for oversight of operations of Behavioral Services Therapy services to include Inpatient,  residential and partial hospitalization
    Responsible for leading Therapy Services within the Service Line.
  • Closely collaborates with Psychiatrists, Service Line Leaders, Hospital System Leaders and CommonSpirit Health to develop and implement a multi-horizon service line strategy.


Job Requirements

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline;

Preferred:

Master’s Degree
