Ready to make a profound difference?We're seeking high-energy, detail-oriented Registered Nurses with a passion for guiding patients through their entire hospital stay on our dynamic3CC Medical-Surgical Inpatient Unit.This isnot an OR or Pre/Post-Op role; this is comprehensive acute care for patients requiring extended hospitalization after major surgery (abdominal, orthopedic, urologic, etc.) or due to complex medical conditions.

Your Role in Our Life-Saving Symphony (3CC):

As an Inpatient Medical-Surgical RN on 3CC, you'll be the linchpin of our patients' recovery. You'll skillfully monitor post-op conditions, administer medications, manage wound care, perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and families on discharge, and anticipate potential complications. Your keen observation, swift action, and unwavering compassion directly influence positive outcomes.


Work Agreement:
Shift Length/Type: 12 hour shifts, Rotating day and night shift
On Call Expectations: None
Weekend/Holiday Rotating: Every third weekend /Two holidays per year

Job Requirements

Qualifications You Bring:

  • Required:
    • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota (or ability to obtain).
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
    • Previous experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or post-surgical nursing.
