The posted compensation range of $38.72 - $58.59 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Provides quality patient care to all patients within two or more medical imaging departments. Performs high-quality images and exams on patients while maintaining sensitivity to patient needs. Follows
standards of safe radiation practice. Demonstrates leadership abilities and is a role model for other associate technologists. Acts as a clinical resource to unit personnel and upholds current standards of
practice for the unit. Provides shift leadership and support to the Imaging staff.
Performs imaging procedures, providing safety for self, patients and all other individuals.
• Practices all rules and regulations pertaining to radiation safety, reducing personal and patient
exposure to “as low as reasonably achievable” (ALARA).
• Produces quality images in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Prepares patient for exam. Provides information and instruction to patient and/or family regarding
the procedure and responds to their physical and emotional needs.
• Assists the patient during exam and positions the patient.
• Observes patient and equipment during the procedure and reports / documents unusual
occurrences and records patient’s condition.
• Facilitates smooth patient flow, scheduling and optimal use of equipment/resources.
• Communicates in writing and verbally with all physicians, imaging personnel, students and
hospital staff in facilitating the continuum of care
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
- Two years of experience performing advanced modality (CT, MRI, etc.) duties/responsibilities
- Previous leadership experience, preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Registered Technologist, Radiology
- Any of the following: ARRT (CT), ARRT (M), R.T.(R)(VI)(ARRT) ; R.T.(R)(CV)(ARRT)
- BLS through American Heart Association is required
Physical Requirements-Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Be part of one of our stand-alone sites offering both urgent AND emergency care under one roof – CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region Urgent and Emergency Care. Located in great places to live, work and play like Arvada, Lakewood, Frederick, and Golden – every center is equipped with lab, CT Scan and X-ray capabilities on-site to provide the right level of treatment at an appropriate cost. Patients needing emergency services are attended to in a calm environment with individual exam rooms. And unlike most urgent care centers, every patient is seen by a physician.
