The posted compensation range of $47.41 - $78.23 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Clinic Manager, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

Operational Accountability: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient accounts, referrals, clinical staffing, supplies, facilities, and workflows, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient care.
Staff Management and Development: Lead staffing, recruitment, training, performance management, and employee development to maintain appropriate coverage, support staff success, and meet operational goals.
Resource Management and Budget Administration: Develop and administer clinic budgets, monitor expenses and productivity, manage resources responsibly, and implement action plans to address budget variances.
Patient Experience and Quality Improvement: Address patient, family, and physician concerns; coordinate service recovery; monitor patient satisfaction; and implement initiatives to improve service delivery, safety, efficiency, and overall clinic performance.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal and regulatory requirements, quality standards, infection control, environment of care, emergency preparedness, and staff training requirements.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Partner with clinic Medical Directors, regional leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, implement policies and process improvements, lead clinic-specific projects, and support organizational goals.
