The posted compensation range of $255,000 - $302,994 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Primary Care Physician,you will join an established and growing network at St. Joseph Medical Group, providing outstanding, comprehensive care to patients in the vibrant and energetic suburbs of Bryan/College Station, Texas.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel, seeing an average of 18-22 patients daily, from newborns to seniors. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, emphasize preventative care, and collaborate closely with a dedicated support team. All of this is within a flexible 4.5-day work week designed to optimize your work-life balance.
Every day you will:
- Manage20-24 patients per day in clinic, providing comprehensive primary care to all ages.
- Diagnose/treat acute/chronic illnesses, perform preventative care, and offer health education.
- Collaborate with adedicated supporting team(nurses, MAs, admin).
- Contribute toquality improvement initiatives, influencing clinical protocols.

To be successful in this role, you will bea Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician with an active or eligible license to practice medicine in Texas. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction, and be adept at working both independently and as a valued member of our collaborative team.

Job Requirements
Required:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degreefrom an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical skills with experience in comprehensive primary care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsto effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate careto individuals and families
