The posted compensation range of $144.23 - $144.23 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Phenomenal Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary guarantee of $300,000 + productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus up to $125,000

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
