The posted compensation range of $80.17 - $119.26 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our System Director, People Connections Experience & Operations, you will serve as the primary architect of our HR service delivery model, ensuring every CommonSpirit team member receives seamless, high-quality support. You are responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of functional and transactional experts, including contact center operations, case management, and benefits administration. By acting as the bridge between HR Centers of Excellence and frontline delivery, you will translate enterprise strategy into scalable, compliant, and efficient operational processes that define our organization's service standards.
Every day you will steer the operational heartbeat of our HR services, maintaining an unwavering focus on service design, performance metrics, and the end-to-end team member journey. You will oversee critical functions such as benefits administration, contingent workforce management, and large-scale service delivery, ensuring that every interaction—whether digital or personal—is consistent and reliable. Your role requires balancing complex financial stewardship with the agility to pivot during organizational growth or structural transitions, all while holding internal teams and third-party vendors accountable to the highest levels of quality and regulatory compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will be a transformative leader with a proven ability to modernize HR operations through Lean principles, automation, and data-driven insights. You will foster a culture of operational excellence, proactively identifying and eliminating the root causes of service friction before they impact the broader workforce. Your success will be measured by your ability to build a high-performing leadership bench, cultivate deep partnerships with HR Business Partners, and leverage technology to simplify the team member experience, ensuring our services are as intuitive as they are impactful.
- Direct end-to-end People Connections operations, encompassing contact center performance, case management, and multi-faceted benefits administration.
- Translate complex HR enterprise strategies into scalable, high-impact service delivery models across all business units.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation by integrating automation and Lean methodologies to modernize HR service delivery.
- Manage operational risk and audit readiness, ensuring rigorous adherence to data privacy, regulatory requirements, and internal policy standards.
- Optimize financial performance by managing budgets, vendor contracts, and staffing models to maximize productivity and ROI.
- Strengthen enterprise-wide collaboration by ensuring seamless handoffs between HR Centers of Excellence, HRBPs, and operational delivery teams.
Job Requirements
Required
- Associates Other Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. or Equivalent professional experience.
- Seven to Nine 7-9 years Seven 7+ years of progressive HR shared-services or contact center leadership experience, including experience managing multi-functional teams through multiple layers of management.
