The posted compensation range of $513,679 - $539,363 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As our Otorhinolaryngology physician you will; Lead and expand ENT services in Dickinson, North Dakota, serving as the definitive specialist for a broad and appreciative patient base. This unique opportunity allows you to design and build an ENT practice reflecting your vision, encompassing complex surgical procedures (otologic, rhinologic, laryngologic surgeries) and comprehensive patient management. Every day you will; Deliver critical ENT care to address a high unmet need, ensuring a robust patient schedule and immediate professional gratification. To be successful in this role you will; Be a Board-Certified Otorhinolaryngologist with a strong desire to establish and grow a leading-edge ENT practice in a supportive, community-focused setting. You should possess expertise in a full spectrum of ENT services, from surgery to diagnostics, and be adept at fostering collaborative professional relationships. We are offering a generous base salary, a starting bonus, and relocation assistance, in addition to additional performance and production incentives who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Otorhinolaryngology
- Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
- Strong clinical skills with experience in Otorhinolaryngology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
