By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while fostering a patient-centered approach that drives positive health outcomes and contributes to the overall success of our medical practice.

Every day you will perform essential nursing duties, including recording patient health histories, measuring vital signs, and executing medical interventions such as administering injections and treating wounds. Your daily workflow will involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educating patients and families on acute and chronic condition management, and documenting care in automated systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality assurance data, maintaining strict patient confidentiality, and ensuring all clinical tasks align with established workflows and standards of care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing and hold a valid Iowa LPN license alongside current BLS-CPR certification. We are seeking a dedicated professional with strong analytical skills, the ability to resolve clinical problems, and proficiency in navigating healthcare computer programs. • Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Perform general and specialty nursing care, including administering medications, injections, wound care, and routine testing while following established clinic workflows and practice guidelines.
  • Clinical Documentation & Assessment: Obtain and document accurate health histories, vital signs, and chief complaints; maintain precise patient records using automated systems to track treatment progress and interventions.
  • Patient Education & Communication: Educate patients and their families regarding health status, health maintenance, and the management of acute and chronic conditions to ensure informed care.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare providers to monitor treatment responses, track quality assurance data, and improve overall patient care outcomes.
