The posted compensation range of $73.02 - $73.02 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Primary Express Care NP or PA Opportunity - Be the Bridge Between Primary and Urgent Care!
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, is looking for an energetic and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our brand new Express Care Clinic in Elk Grove, CA.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Practice will have 2 Physicians and 3 APPs
- See patients on an appointment basis
- Enjoy a shift-based schedule
- Full patient coverage when not in office for work/life balance
- Clinic will be open 7 days a week
- 165 shifts per year
Compensation/Benefits:
- $151,889 guaranteed annual salary

Job Requirements
- Valid California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
