The posted compensation range of $38.34 - $57.03 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

The HR People Partner - People Integrations leads, guides, and supports the human resources (HR) aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, insourcing, outsourcing, and other integration activities within CommonSpirit Health. Acting as a consultant, advisor, project manager, and facilitator, the People Partner - People Integrations coordinates with diverse stakeholders to realize the organization's strategic goals and business objectives in alignment with applicable policies and procedures and CommonSpirit Health's overall People strategy.

  • Facilitate the people aspects of integration activities and other similar organizational changes, including onboarding, off-boarding, and the movement of people across various organizational structures. Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate people-related considerations into the overall initiative/project/transaction strategy.
  • In collaboration with other stakeholders, develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies that optimize outcomes for both the organization and impacted employees and that align with CommonSpirit Health’s overall People strategy and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a unified and efficient approach to initiatives and projects.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive initiative/project documentation, including work/project/program plans, scope documents, and status reports.
  • Proactively communicate initiative/project status, risks, and outcomes to identified stakeholders.
  • Direct and support select HR due diligence activities, identifying and mitigating people-related risks and opportunities. Interact with representatives from counterparties as appropriate.
  • Ensure all People Integration initiatives and deliverables comply with relevant laws, regulations and CommonSpirit Health Policies.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and deliver exceptional results. Foster collaboration across teams to implement innovative solutions, measure success, and adapt strategies to evolving initiative needs.
  • Continuously develop and maintain a working knowledge of all acquisition, divestiture, employee transition and other People Integration team responsibilities.
  • Serves on internal work groups and committees, as requested.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or additional job-related experience Required
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in human resources or related field Required
  • Experience working within a large, complex, healthcare organization Required
  • Experience in project management Preferred
  • Experience leading acquisition and divestiture transactions including conducting due diligence. Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of human resources Preferred
