The posted compensation range of $69.57 - $103.49 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our System Director, Supply Chain Implementation, you will be primarily responsible for the oversight, management, and communication of the organization's SSRM conversions and contract implementations. You will be accountable for system-level compliance to conversion targets, installing processes that accelerate the speed to conversion, and connecting insights regarding division vendor performance to inform national sourcing and contracting decisions.

Every day, you will act as a change agent, leveraging influence and expertise to coordinate implementation activities across the system to achieve savings targets. Additionally, this position is the primary point of contact at the system level for clinical engagement regarding conversions, enforcement of vendor management policies, new product requests, and coordination of trials.

To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead the seamless execution of supply chain implementations and conversions, directly impacting organizational savings and operational efficiency. You will demonstrate exceptional leadership in driving system-wide compliance, accelerating process execution, and serving as a critical liaison between clinical stakeholders and national sourcing initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

  • Works collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders on system-wide implementations to ensure the achievement of CommonSpirit goals and targets.
  • Develops and leads process change across work streams to optimize speed to conversion and total value capture of initiatives.
  • Provides insights and anticipates the impact of implementations across the system – collaborating and communicating with stakeholders to ensure success of conversions.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills (both verbally and written), and able to articulate opportunities and challenges involved with implementations.
  • Aggregates and provides insights for Vendor Management and Quarterly Business Reviews concerning vendor credentialing, support, unauthorized access, etc.
  • Leads national Implementation meetings to organize, communicate, and ensure transparency of information regarding conversion pipeline for division SSRM team members.
  • Represents the interests of Implementation in decisions impacting the processing, reporting, and communication of conversions to optimally manage the total cost and total value creation of the conversion process across CommonSpirit.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in related field from four year college or university is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of related, leadership experience


Preferred

  • Progressive experience in project management 
  • Clinical hospital experience
  • Masters Other with an emphasis in health care preferred
