The posted compensation range of $37.40 - $61.71 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Talent, Learning, and Capabilities Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in driving organizational success and transformation. You will be responsible for leading and implementing organizational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions and the successful adoption of new practices, processes, and systems.

Every day, this role will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and design tailored change management strategies that align with the organization's goals. This involves meticulous planning, proactive communication, and continuous support to ensure successful adoption and sustained improvement, all while fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation.

To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead and implement organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and successful adoption of new practices, processes, and systems across the organization. You will demonstrate exceptional expertise in change management, collaborate effectively with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess impacts and identify risks, and consistently design tailored strategies that drive organizational success and transformation.

  • Oversee and manage the Change Management portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives within the portfolio, identifying risks and potential obstacles, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio dashboard, providing senior leadership with real-time updates on the status of change initiatives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall portfolio health.
  • Develop and maintain change management tools, plans, and practices to support the change process.
  • Create and deliver training programs and workshops that support change initiatives and equip stakeholders with skills for adopting new systems or processes.
  • Organize and manage change management resources, including documentation, tools, and templates, ensuring easy access and version control for teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • 4-6 years 4+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, or a similar role
