Responsibilities

Expectations

Quickly assess and prioritize care based on trauma for all patient populations

Stabilize patients needing emergency care

Work with an experienced supportive team of emergency professionals including emergency physicians other emergency-trained nurses licensed radiologists and certified laboratory technologists
Demonstrate a passion for excellence in emergency medicine


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license active with the Board of Nursing within the state you are practicing or a nursing license with eNLC practice privileges
Basic Life Support (BLS)
PALS & ACLS is required within 6 months of start date

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Experience as an ER RN or Trauma Nurse
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) Certification
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
