The posted compensation range of $316,313 - $316,313/year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, you will join a leading physician-focused organization dedicated to delivering top-tier patient care within the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialty. We are actively seeking skilled Physiatrists who prioritize patient well-being and adhere to the highest ethical and practice standards. Every day you will directly impact patient lives by providing expert rehabilitation medicine services, including essential spinal injection procedures, utilizing brand new, state-of-the-art equipment. You will enjoy a predictable schedule with a focus on patient care, managing 36 dedicated patient hours per week, free from any on-call duties. 

To be successful in this role, you will possess the critical skill set for performing spinal injections and demonstrate a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality, community-focused patient care.  

  • Delivers High-Quality Patient Care and Documentation: Physicians provide superior ambulatory care, conducting examinations, services, and maintaining meticulous medical records in accordance with all policies, including those for managed care, Medicare, and Medicaid.
  • Adheres to Regulatory and Ethical Standards: Physicians strictly comply with all federal and state reimbursement plans, the ethical and religious directives of sponsoring entities, and the Hospital's comprehensive policies, procedures, and medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
  • Engages in Quality Improvement and Peer Review: Physicians actively participate in clinical and quality improvement initiatives, contribute to physician peer review, utilization review, and serve on medical staff committees as assigned to enhance overall service delivery.
  • Contributes to Operational Excellence and Professional Growth: Physicians advise on operational matters, including personnel, business oversight, and equipment evaluation, while maintaining professional competence through continuous medical education and board certification, staying abreast of the latest medical developments.

We are offering an attractive compensation package including a guaranteed base salary of $316,313, a sign-on bonus of $31,631, relocation assistance of $15,000, and student loan repayment of $30,000,  CME funds, flexible time away, and a generous 401(k) with a match, making this an ideal PM&R Physician career opportunity for both experienced professionals and new grad PM&R Physicians.


Job Requirements

Required:

  • Board-eligible/Board-certified 

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Colorado

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation care principles

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
