Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Pediatrician, you will be a central and cornerstone provider in our physician-facing organization, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical care for infants, children, and adolescents across all developmental stages of life. This vital role is critical in promoting long-term health, wellness, and managing a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, and emergent pediatric conditions, profoundly impacting the health outcomes and quality of life for young patients and their families in our Kansas communities.

Your responsibilities will also include adeptly managing chronic pediatric conditions, performing minor procedures, and strategically coordinating care with specialists, all while diligently building lasting relationships with children and their families. You will meticulously document all encounters, communicate effectively with patients and guardians, and ensure strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will possess broad clinical expertise in pediatrics, strong diagnostic acumen, and demonstrate a compassionate, child-centered approach to healthcare. You must be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatrician with an active license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain one), committed to fostering enduring patient and family relationships and dedicated to continuous professional development. Experience in comprehensive pediatric practice, encompassing well-child visits, acute care, and chronic disease management, and a genuine passion for serving as a primary healthcare advocate for the health of our diverse pediatric populations will position you for excellence in this impactful physician role.
