The posted compensation range of $57.37 - $85.33 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market Director for Arizona and Nevada, you will be a dynamic leader, shaping clinical excellence and empowering your frontline nursing team to deliver unparalleled patient care.   • Provide clinical leadership for bariatric teams, including surgeons, nurses, dietitians, and other providers and ancillary team members; monitor patient outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and lead quality initiatives to optimize care delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence based protocols for pre-operative, intraoperative, and post-operative care; oversee contracts for bariatric equipment and certifications, ensuring facilities are well-equipped for patient needs
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for service line expansion, including new treatment options and facility accreditations
  • Ensure compliance with all accreditation standards, including MBSAQIP standards; prepare facilities for initial and reaccreditation surveys, to include compliance reporting and quality improvement plans
  • Recruit, hire, and retain qualified bariatric team members to include coordinators, dieticians, and administrative staff; foster professional growth through ongoing training and development opportunities for staff

Job Requirements

Required: 

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
  • 4 (Four) to 6 (Six) years of healthcare leadership experience with Bariatric Service line, clinical operations, accredidation and strategy.
  • Active Nursing license in good standing valid to work in Arizona

Preferred: 

  • Masters of Science in Nursing or Healthcare Administration or MSN/MSHN in progress
  • Nursing license for the state of Nevada (to be obtained with 12 months of hire)
