The posted compensation range of $29.44 - $43.79 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will provide essential operational support and meticulous organization, ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal maintenance of our facilities.
Every day you will expertly manage work orders, coordinate with vendors and maintenance staff, track inventory, and meticulously maintain records, contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.
To be successful, you will demonstrate outstanding organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving demeanor, contributing to uninterrupted operational excellence.
- Supports the Director of Facilities in the management of Engineering, EOC, Safety, and Project Management. Assists Director in achieving performance goals, including: planning, defining roles and responsibilities, task delegation and performance management.
- Responsible for regulatory compliance documentation. Ensures completion and accuracy of documentation for all regulatory testing. Active participant in the regulatory surveys.
- Site Administrator for Facilities work order system. Creates/maintains assets, procedures, PMs, and work orders within the system. Works directly with National Real Estate regarding systems changes. Monitors preventative maintenance and work order completion rates to align with monthly goals. Runs reports and works with customers regarding work orders. Dispatches Engineering staff as necessary.
- Develop and manage vendor contracts working directly with National Real Estate Legal. Submits project contracts to Legal and requests project purchase orders when applicable. Works with Materials Management to obtain Capital purchase orders.
- Schedules meetings, oversees appointment calendars, assists with email and task follow-up, creates agendas, records meeting minutes for committees chaired by Facilities Director.
- Responsible for maintaining logs, records, files, manuals, permits, licensing, etc. as identified for the department
