  • Individualized Professional Development: Provide longitudinal academic advising, creating personalized learning plans that help residents discover connections between their professional purpose and our organizational mission.

5. Faculty Development and Scholarly Engagement

  • Cultivating Clinical Educators: Lead faculty development workshops focused on effective clinical supervision, equitable feedback mechanisms, and optimizing the teaching-learning environment.
  • Advancing Scholarly Activity: Mentor residents in scholarly work and quality improvement projects, specifically focusing on population health and initiatives that impact the diverse communities served by the CommonSpirit ministry.
