The posted compensation range of $57.50 - $85.53 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market Manager, Rehabilitation Services, you will help clinical department teams and healthcare staff streamline operations and optimize clinical performance so they can provide exceptional, compliant, and high-quality patient care that aligns with our organizational mission.

Every day you will oversee the daily operations of rehabilitation departments across the market. You will be expected to drive excellence in quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance while fostering a culture of professional growth and employee engagement.

To be successful in this role, you must possess proven leadership experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. You should have a deep understanding of clinical operations, regulatory requirements (including TJC and state/federal mandates), and financial management. You must demonstrate the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable departmental plans, possess strong interpersonal skills to drive employee engagement, and maintain a commitment to innovative, high-quality patient care.

  • Operational Excellence: Develop annual objectives and long-range goals that align with the hospital’s vision, ensuring patient satisfaction and staff retention targets are met.
  • Compliance & Quality: Lead the development of programs that improve patient care outcomes; ensure all units strictly adhere to The Joint Commission, Federal, and State regulatory standards.
  • Financial Stewardship: Administer departmental budgets and monitor staffing productivity to ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Leadership & Talent Development: Manage the full employee lifecycle—including interviewing, hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing staff—to ensure a seamless, collaborative, and safe patient care environment.


Job Requirements

Minimum

  • Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience
  • Physical Therapist: Nevada, or
  • Occupational Therapist: Nevada, or
  • Speech Language Pathologist: Nevada 

Preferred

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting
