The posted compensation range of $105.76-$115.38/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

- Join 3 established and highly regarded pediatricians and 1 Family Nurse Practitioner in their private pediatric practice that has been serving the Las Vegas/Henderson communities for 18 years

- 1:6 shared call ratio
- Work in only 1 clinic
- No after-hours mommy calls
- Newborn rounding at only 1 hospital
- Award winning affiliate hospital offering:
- Children’s Emergency Room with 11 private treatment rooms
- Level III NICU
- Baby-Friendly Designated
- Pediatric Unit with PICU
- Competitive compensation and employment agreement
- Starting comp of $180,000 - $200,000 (DOE) with 4-day per week clinic schedule, newborn rounding and call

We are currently seeking a Pediatrician to join one of our community partners in the Henderson, NV area. This is a well-established growing practice that has a reputation for taking the time to provide excellent patient care.
