The posted compensation range of $52.02 - $77.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
As our Market Director, Imaging Services, you will administer, direct, and contribute to the operational decisions, clinical, and financial oversight of Imaging and assigned ancillary services for the market.
Every day you will ensure compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements, assist with strategic planning to grow services, and standardize practices across the ministry. You will also plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all functions of the Diagnostic Services, encompassing various imaging and diagnostic cardiology services for all patient populations.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership in imaging services, expertise in operational and financial management, and a proven ability to drive strategic growth, ensure compliance, and standardize practices across diverse diagnostic service lines.
- Demonstrates effectiveness for identifying and solving problems and improving imaging services by making changes as indicated regarding performance improvement measures, patient experience, and updates in services to meet health care trends and marketing strategies.
- Improves imaging services by assessing strengths and weaknesses of department and making changes or expanding as needed in accordance with current healthcare trends, patient, provider, and community needs, and marketing strategies.
- Plans and directs all functions of imaging services including annual evaluations of all equipment and procedures, analyzing workflow processes to improve efficiencies, promoting creativity, risk taking, and synergy within the team.
- Develops annual goals and objectives for Imaging Services while monitoring progress and guiding department leaders and associates.
- Maintains commitment to professional growth and development of self and the imaging staff by routinely scheduling associate meetings to improve communication, share information, exchange ideas, provide updates on changes, education, and encourage all associates to participate in their local professional society meetings, seminars and offerings.
- Coordinates and directs all aspects of compliance with accrediting agencies (JC, State of TN Bureau of Radiological Health, MQSA, and the FDA) while assuring the imaging areas are safe and working conditions are conducive to efficient workflows.

- Bachelors Other in related discipline, upon hire and
