The posted compensation range of $200.00 - $200.00 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Nocturnist Physician, you will join an expanding, high-performing hospitalist program at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs, a faith-based, not-for-profit leader in Southwest Arkansas. Recognized for excellence by U.S. News & World Report and The Joint Commission, our facility serves as the region’s only Level II Trauma Center. You will be a key member of a dedicated team providing top-tier medical care in an environment consistently ranked among the "Best Places to Work in Arkansas."

In this role, you will lead the medical team and coordinate care for adult patients in a supported clinical environment featuring an open ICU with robust Intensivist backup.This involves complex clinical decision-making, meticulous patient management, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and high-quality inpatient care.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with prior hospitalist experience who shares our values of integrity and excellence. You must possess the clinical expertise to thrive in an acute care setting and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Active Medical License in the State of Arkansas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Completion of ACGME Residency 
  • Active BLS
