The posted compensation range of $461,435 - $553,636 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our growing practice in Lake Jackson, TX. This opportunity is an excellent fit for both early-career physicians and experienced clinicians seeking a rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a physician who values autonomy, innovation, and the ability to make a meaningful, lasting impact on a close-knit community.
This physician will join our well-established Urology service line and practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings. We are seeking a candidate with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and the broader community.
Position Highlights:
- State of the art office with in-suite cystoscopy and in-office urodynamics
- In-hospital cystoscopy suite and dedicated staff
- Access to interventional radiology onsite
- Manageable 1:4 call at two hospitals
- In-house referral system and large primary care referral base
- Epic EMR

Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Active and unrestricted TX license and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
