The posted compensation range of $43.10 - $64.11 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Imaging Services Program Manager, you will lead professional operational planning, oversight, development, and collaboration on projects that advance Diagnostic Imaging's strategic objectives, working closely with Diagnostic Imaging leadership, executive leaders, and Diagnostic Imaging Directors to guide analytics and metrics, asset utilization, capital purchasing and procurement support, patient experience and throughput, project management, process improvement and implementation, multi-disciplinary coordination, vendor interfacing, and stakeholder networking.

Every day you will partner with Diagnostic Imaging Administration and business leaders to lead rapid response teams addressing business-critical imaging issues, provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to ensure sustainable, scalable, user-centric solutions are implemented, and drive consistent communication and change management across VMFH Diagnostic Imaging in partnership with other strategic leaders, service lines, and national imaging initiatives to achieve operational efficiencies.

To be successful in your role, you will need to conceptualize and apply sound analytical methods to spearhead program development and monitoring, navigate complex organizational impacts and unique challenges within the Diagnostic Imaging environment, and bring strong initiative, independent judgment, and strategic execution experience while leading teams through the full project lifecycle from discovery through implementation and business value delivery.

  • In partnership with VMFH Diagnostic Imaging (DI) leadership and executive leaders, works closely with executives to guide the development of strategic and operating plans, metric plans and dashboards, business cases/plans, and support for other strategic planning endeavors within Diagnostic Imaging. Partners with VMFH Diagnostic Imaging (DI) and business leaders to lead rapid response teams to assess, recommend, and develop solutions for business-critical issues specific to Diagnostic Imaging; leads teams through the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery. Coordinates, initiates and/or facilitates process improvement initiatives/projects for (and/or across) the assigned market(s) within Diagnostic Imaging, including Rapid Process Improvement Workouts; applies knowledge of VMPS and Lean-Six Sigma methodologies to process improvement activities. Provides program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change within the Diagnostic Imaging environment.
  • Performs complex data analytics/modeling/forecasting activities in support of operational, business and financial planning and development for Diagnostic Imaging; prepares recurring and special aggregated data reports and related decision support tools by obtaining/manipulating electronic and abstracted data from automated systems and utilizing complex report-writing applications. Oversees, develops and collaborates on projects and planning efforts that advance the strategic objectives of VMFH Diagnostic Imaging (DI); provides support to the VMFH Diagnostic Imaging (DI) executive and management team as requested.
  • Develops dashboards, scorecards, charts, graphs, tables, diagrams, presentations and reports from various data sources to display, measure and/or summarize clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost/utilization data and other key performance indicators specific to Diagnostic Imaging; may develop analyses relating to demographics, demand, competition, utilization trends, performance improvement, throughput opportunities and growth opportunities specific to assigned market within Diagnostic Imaging. Coordinates the flow of internal communications through a variety of mechanisms (including publications, meetings, website, email, etc.) to advance VMFH Diagnostic Imaging (DI) strategies and support related internal initiatives and change management within the department.
