The posted compensation range of $41.99 - $75.31 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary:
Provides oversight to the enterprise-wide Neuroscience Service Line programs and teams to assure optimal quality of care related to neurologically impaired or injured patients while meeting regulatory requirements from the Joint Commission, American Heart Association, DNV, research review
organizations, etc. Responsible for enterprise wide neuroscience program clinical performance metrics through the coordination of data abstraction and reporting system as well as oversight of data operations and education within the enterprise Neuroscience Service Line. Strong focus on achievement of high standards related to data abstraction and reporting for effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and satisfaction across the enterprise neuroscience system of care. Responsible for collaboration and guidance of stroke program coordinators across the system. Will identify and initiate process improvement initiatives, develop plans, and oversee actions that further the quality of the service line. Researches and identifies related benchmarks to be used in establishing internal standards, targets, and/or best practices. Develops thorough understanding of clinical and operational data systems integral to providing analytical support. Acts as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator using consulting and change management principles. Directs and assigns projects to clerical, BI, and clinical personnel as it relates to key project initiatives.
Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
- BSN required
- Master's Degree in nursing or related field preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Five years of nursing experience in emergency medicine, critical care or neurosciences is preferred.
- Two years of previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Background in neuroscience nursing required.
- Experience with an electronic health record and quality systems is preferred.
License/Certification Requirements:
- Current CO RN license active and unencumbered
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
Physical Requirements
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
