The posted compensation range of $307,832 - $323,223 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The ideal candidate for this position will be:
- Must be a BE/BC Emergency Medicine Physician
- Experienced in Emergency Medicine
- 0.8 FTE - 8 x 12 hour shifts per month (1,152 annual hour requirement)
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
- Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
- This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
We offer a robust compensation packages which includes:
- Base salary $307,832.80
- Starting loan up to 10% of base compensation
- Production incentives
- Paid relocation up to $12,000
- CME allowance
