The posted compensation range of $133,184.00 - $147,204.00 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CHI St. Gabriel's Health is actively recruiting a FNP or PA to join our well established Urgent Care clinic in Little Falls, Minnesota. This position is in direct response to expanding services needs of the vibrant communities we serve.
The ideal candidate for this position will be:
- Must be a FNP/PA
- Full time position
- Walk-in clinic setting
- Join a team of 3 other APP's
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
- Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
- This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
We offer a robust compensation packages which includes:
- Base salary depending on experience
- Performance incentives
- Production incentives
- Paid relocation up to $7,500

- Will have graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Masters or Doctorate program
