The posted compensation range of $28.14 - $37.94 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients and their families. Working under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager you will provide health care as instructed by a physician, perform routine clinical procedures, educate patients, and accurately document patient information.
What You'll Do:
- Patient Treatment:Provide quality care to patients and their families as instructed by a physician. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and ensure understanding.
- Order Management:Accurately document and follow physician orders, including phone orders, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.
- Emergency Response:Provide appropriate care to patients in emergency situations as directed by a physician.
- Clinical Procedures:Perform routine clinic procedures as directed by a physician.
- Medication Administration:Administer medications accurately as directed by a physician.
- Patient Assessment:Assist physicians with patient exams and multiple clinic procedures, implementing treatments and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Vital Signs:Accurately measure and document patient vital signs according to clinic policy.
- Equipment Maintenance:Maintain all medical equipment in working condition.
- Supply Management:Order medical supplies appropriately, ensuring wise use of resources and cost containment.
- Patient Advocacy:Ensure patient's treatment procedures, medications, and therapies are ordered, verified, and have received patient consent. Evaluate and record outcomes.
- Clinic Support:Assist in all areas of the clinic as needed.
- Referral Assistance:Assist patients with referral procedures, obtaining help with medications, and other needed services.
- Policy Adherence:Maintain knowledge of and adhere to all hospital and clinic policies.
- Regulatory Compliance:Adhere to all regulatory requirements for clinics (OSHA, Infection Control, Fire and Safety).
- Communication:Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Documentation:Complete and concise documentation of patient emergency situations is recorded in patient's chart.
- Flexibility:Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing needs.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas (AR).
- Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
