The posted compensation range of $28.14 - $37.94 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to our patients and their families. Working under the general supervision of the Clinic Manager you will provide health care as instructed by a physician, perform routine clinical procedures, educate patients, and accurately document patient information.

What You'll Do:

  • Direct Patient Care: Providing quality clinical care, including assessments, medication administration, and assisting with procedures, for cardiology and medicine patients and their families.
  • Treatment & Education: Implementing physician orders, educating patients on treatment plans, and accurately documenting patient information and outcomes.
  • Clinical Support & Coordination: Assisting physicians during exams, maintaining medical equipment, managing supplies, and supporting clinic operations as needed.
  • Patient Safety & Advocacy: Responding to emergency situations, ensuring patient consent for treatments, and adhering to all clinic policies and regulatory compliance for a safe environment.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas (AR).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS-CPR) certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
