The posted compensation range of $120.00 - $169.31 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
  • Manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform preventative care, and offer health education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
