The posted compensation range of $32.51 - $56.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Practice Manager I, you will oversee multiple outpatient ambulatory clinics, providing leadership to providers and staff. You will manage business, financial, and practice operations, collaborating across service lines and community partners to elevate patient care and ensure compliance with operational and financial goals.
Every day, you will foster positive physician and community relations, serve as a patient advocate, and promote ethical management principles. By working closely with physicians and staff, you will develop strategic plans, supervise day-to-day operations, and maintain strong relationships throughout the Physician Group.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, experience in practice management, and a strong commitment to ethical behavior. Your ability to build collaborative teams and drive operational excellence will help provide exceptional outpatient care aligned with our broader healthcare mission.
- This position has administrative responsibility for 13 designated practices and at least 18 providers (includes physicians and advanced practice providers).
- Responsible for administration of business, financial, and practice functions of the practice.
- Oversees day to day activities of practice site(s).
- Develop plans to identify and reach short and long-term goals and assure development and compliance with operating and capital budgets and achievements of financial performance.
- Develop, monitor, and respond to a full range of financial, service, and quality indicators in all areas of responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain a positive employee environment that results in a productive, motivated, and engaged workforce.
Job Requirements
Required
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Preferred
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a healthcare related field
- One (1) to two (2) years leadership experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This position requires availability outside of regular business hours to respond to clinic operational needs, including staffing call-ins, physician-related issues, and other urgent clinic matters.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
