The posted compensation range of $36.5109 - $54.31 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
At CommonSpirit Health at Home we strive to embody our mission of delivering hope and healing to those we serve. As theRegional Manager of Office Operations, you’ll ensure assigned areas of office operations are performed timely and accurately and oversee the coordination of each location’s patient intake and medical records and oversee the coordination of referral management across our Health at Home agencies.
- Works closely with the Manager of Office Operations of each Pod to oversee office operations and the Director of Centralized Office Operations to ensure adequate and effective support for each agency.
- Ensures adequate staffing levels for referral management from various sources, as well as shifting personnel resources to optimize support/coverage as needs change.
- Responsible for creating and driving accountability of referral management teams through establishment of normative benchmarks and measures of success for each department
- Works closely with Regional Vice President of Operations, as well as Business Development, Directors and Managers within the region to ensure success and alignment with organizational goals with respect to unbilled, mitigation of A/R Adjustments, compliance with medical record documents that are needed for billing under state and federal regulations/guidelines.
- Provides effective training, mentoring, and support for each respective branch/market.
- Responsible for monitoring and evaluating office operations measures of performance. Develops and implements action plans based upon measurement results.
- Responsible for accurate, complete and timely communication of regulatory, operational and financial information to office staff.
- Upholds organizational compliance standards and ethics for all personnel and processes for office operations departments.
- Creates an “expectation of excellence” and manages performance of direct reports to maximize the value of employees’ contributions towards organizational success.
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Recruits and retains qualified, productive and customer-focused employees, by interviewing, hiring and orients direct reports within established budget.
- Encourages and creates opportunities for continuous improvement of staff by providing frequent coaching, mentoring, and accurate performance feedback by providing direction and support to staff to deliver quality services with a focus on organizational success. Maintains positive staff morale, observable through team spirit, a sense of belonging and recognition of accomplishments and provides fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Creates a high performing work environment characterized by transparent and open communication, mutual trust and respect.
- Provides education and training for employees in support of career goals and the organization’s mission and strategies.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT, WI..
- Associates degree or two years of related experience. Bachelors Degree Preferred.
- Minimum of Two Years of business office supervisory experience in a clinic, hospital or home health setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management and administrative skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands effectively, use good judgment, as well as work independently and independently to achieve positive and timely results.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, train, develop, establish and maintain behavior and performance expectations, evaluate and manage staff performance.
- Possesses a strong belief in an organizational culture that encourages valuing, recognizing and empowering associates, and best service excellence practices demonstrated through personal behavior and work ethic is required.
- Strong computer skills with ability to work with advanced technology and software programs.
- Must be organized with the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
- Able to travel to locations as needed.
