The posted compensation range of $37.64 - $65.41 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

The Regional Practice Manager will join a team seeking to truly optimize health care for the communities we serve. The Regional Practice Manager will commit to providing operational oversight of physician clinics to create the highest quality and cost-effective health care within our integrated delivery system. In partnership with the director, the Regional Practice Manager will be accountable for identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline clinic operations and optimize operational performance, patient experience, financial performance, and provider and staff engagement.
This will be an active participant role and work collaboratively with their leadership teams to continually assess, develop, implement, and achieve clinic operational goals. The Regional Practice Manager assumes responsibility for the planning, designing, implementing and maintaining programs, policies and management systems of the overall operations of assigned ambulatory clinic sites.
Important to this role is understanding the leadership expectations of this position and the entire leadership team throughout the enterprise. Each leader must have a personal and professional connection to the Mission of this Christian organization. This position must be a team player themselves and contribute toward a Team centered approach that lends itself to ensuring “team before self”. Job Requirements

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related field, preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare related field with at least two years management experience.
Entrepreneurial spirit and have the skills and to lead a small business. - Have a track record of meeting and exceeding key performance metrics.
- Must possess strong knowledge of clinic operations; strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations,
guidelines and professional standards; strong project management skills; good communications skills;
good strategic planning skills; strong change management skills. - Must demonstrate personal traits of a high level of motivation; team orientation; professionalism; trust
and place a high value on treating others with dignity and respect.
