The posted compensation range of $41.14 - $61.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Care Base Staffing Operations Principal Analyst, you will provide application technology expertise and direction for complex, enterprise-wide programs or projects, and resolve highly complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address hardware, software, and system issues.
Every day, you will work on multiple enterprise projects as a subject matter expert. You will manage and maintain scheduling Information Technology Systems, collaborating with clinical, clinical support, and administrative leaders to optimize system utilization and adoption. You will work with Payroll Delivery teams, communicate regularly with leadership to assess staffing needs, and ensure adherence to staffing practices across facilities. You will serve as a technical expert for computerized scheduling software, maintaining high functionality. You will also provide system-wide support, act as a technical point of contact for nursing operations data aggregation, and offer support through education and technical assistance to leaders.
To be successful in your role, you will strategically lead the application technology direction for highly complex and enterprise-wide staffing operations, ensuring optimal utilization and adoption of IT systems. You will demonstrate exceptional expertise in managing and maintaining scheduling systems, resolving complex technical challenges, and collaboratively optimizing staffing practices with clinical and administrative leaders, all while acting as a technical point of contact for system-wide nursing data aggregation and providing essential education and support.
- Maintains scheduling Information Technology Systems via configuration, validation, and engagement in system updates.
- Conducts training sessions of all levels, including training for high-complexity applications.
- Anticipates and resolves any critical, complex issues that arise within complex facility/enterprise information systems, impacting a large user population. Provides input into the resolution and/or required functionality and/or system changes.
- Anticipates and resolves highly complex issues that arise and provides input into long-term system solutions and/or functionality updates.
- Collaborates with Payroll Delivery regarding ongoing configuration needs, data integrity and support, ongoing configuration needs, data integrity and support and incident resolutions through the Enterprise Help Desk.
- Provides virtual (occasional in person) visits to clinical departments, physician offices, and other business units, as needed to promote and maintain outstanding customer relationships.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Other Health care, Business, or IT, and
- 10+ years Relevant work experience
Preferred
- Masters Other health science, health care administration, or IT discipline, and
- 10+ years 10+ years working in a health care/medicalenvironment.
