The posted compensation range of $16.42 - $23.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be an invaluable part of our office team, supporting leadership and ensuring seamless daily operations with kindness and high-quality work.
Every day, you'll manage inquiries, greet visitors, contribute to stakeholder meetings (clinical staff to CEO), and utilize Google Suite to maintain seamless operations and confidentiality.
To be successful, you must possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to anticipating needs and providing timely, accurate support.
- Takes independent action to meet critical business objectives. Sets and monitors objectives and standards. Is known as a self-starter.
- Prioritizes customer service first and organizes other work around interactions with all internal and external customers (in-person and phone).
- Completes standard clerical administrative processes such as mail processing, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, collating, and organizing.
- Performs basic calendaring function by sending meeting invitations on behalf of leaders(s) upon request. May accept meeting invitations according to prescribed instruction.
- Takes the initiative to contact leader for direction when questions or concerns arise related to change initiatives.
- Uses basic technical skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, presentations and department organizational charts. Runs and distributes standard reports.

- Some undergraduate level coursework completed, upon hire and
- One year of general office, clerical, or business-related experience and
- Three years administrative experience and
- One year of administrative experience in addition to experience requirements above (total three years of experience preferred)

A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility, Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private. At Lasting Hope Recovery Center, patients find comfort and a team of caring professionals working for them. Often, mental illness and substance abuse occur at the same time. CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center offers an entire range of treatment and prevention services to meet the needs of patients experiencing both challenges.
