The posted compensation range of $29.36 - $43.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

We're a bustling Urogynecology clinic dedicated to providing exceptional, empathetic care to women facing pelvic floor disorders. We believe in empowering our patients and innovating our treatments.
As our Clinic RN Lead, you'll be the clinical anchor, the organizational wizard, and the chief cheerleader for our fantastic team of nurses and staff. We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly blend patient advocacy with operational excellence, all while bringing a positive and collaborative spirit to the table.
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll be the go-to clinical expert, ensuring our patients receive top-notch care. From complex case management to hands-on assistance, you'll be leading by example and upholding the highest standards of professional nursing.
- Inspire, guide, and empower our dedicated staff. You'll lead daily huddles that are more motivational than mundane, facilitate ongoing training and development, and help foster a supportive and growth-oriented team environment.
- You'll play a key role in optimizing patient flow, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from welcome to follow-up.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
- 1 year of clinical nursing experience required
