The posted compensation range of $29.36 - $43.68 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

**Up to $5000 Sign on Bonus Offered** 

Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! 

Location: Florence Family Clinic off of N 30th St.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, NO weekends & NO holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll be the clinical anchor for our amazing team, bridging the gap between direct care and operational excellence, all while fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • You'll oversee and perform direct patient care, including assessments, procedures (injections, wound care, EKG, etc.), medication administration, and patient education. Your clinical expertise will shine as you ensure the highest standards of care.
  • You'll mentor, guide, and support our Medical Assistants, LPNs, and fellow RNs. Your leadership will inspire best practices, foster professional growth, and build a cohesive, confident care team.
  • You'll be instrumental in optimizing clinic flow, managing schedules, delegating tasks effectively, and troubleshooting daily operational challenges. Your goal: a smooth, efficient, and stress-free (as much as possible!) environment for both staff and patients.
  • From unexpected emergencies to tricky patient scenarios, you'll tackle challenges with a calm demeanor, expert clinical judgment, and a solution-oriented approach.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
  • 2 years lead / supervisory level experience strongly preferred
