The posted compensation range of $47.29 - $70.35 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Director of Rehab Services, the Manager of Rehab Services will plan, schedule, organize, direct and supervise all services and operations of the Rehab Services Department, including Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), and Speech Therapy (ST).

  • Collaborates with the Rehabilitation Services Director and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation services, aligning with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic plans.
  • Identifies opportunities for program growth, innovation, and expansion, including the development of new services or specialized programs.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality care.
  • Monitors industry trends and best practices in rehabilitation, incorporating relevant advancements into departmental operations.Manages the daily operations of assigned rehabilitation services, optimizing workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Oversees patient access, scheduling, registration, and billing processes to maximize patient throughput and revenue cycle integrity.
  • Ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, state licensing) and organizational compliance standards.
  • Manages departmental budgets, including forecasting expenses, monitoring expenditures, and identifying areas for cost containment and revenue enhancement.



Job Requirements

Required

  • Graduation from a professional school in the area of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or speech language pathology
  • 3 Years experience in the discipline of occupational therapy, physical therapy, and/or speech language pathology.
  • Must be licensed in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Therapy or Speech Language Pathology


Preferred

  • Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting
