Clinic Market Manager-Centralized Scheduling
Supporting: Omaha/IA/ND/MN Markets
Contributes to the fulfillment of the CHI Health mission and vision by planning, designing, implementing and maintaining programs, policies, and management systems in all facets of clinic operations for the division/market.
Uses and discloses patient protected health information: 1) Only as it applies to job functions, 2) in amounts minimally necessary for intended purpose, and 3) in a confidential manner.
- Assures compliance with all applicable JCAHO, federal, state and agency laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards.
- Develops and manages capital and operational budgets in support of strategic plans and goals.
- Develops, coordinates, and manages operating systems and operational standardization, service standards, approaches, policies for the departments.
- Functions as a liaison for the assigned market/clinics along with other departments within CHI Health and the Physician Enterprise to ensure an integrated operation of the clinics and facilities within the overall system.
- Responsible for assuring appropriate management practices, maintenance of appropriate staffing levels competency assessment, staff orientation, ongoing education and development in all areas of responsibility.
- Develops, monitors and responds to a full range of financial, service and quality indicators in all areas of responsibility, creating department/clinic specific reports when needed.
- Maintains a collegial and cooperative relationship with the management team and service line leaders, working as a team to search out and implement efficiencies, economies, and best practices and creating a true continuum of care for CHI Health clients.
- Supports the CHI Health Mission by promoting CHI Health on all of its services within the community, maintaining positive community relationships, maintaining a professional and positive attitude with staff and patients, and maintaining a customer-service, patient-focused environment.
- Constantly evaluates current programs for appropriateness and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborates with medical director / medical site leaders and all appropriate provider relationships.
- Actively participates in QI activities and efforts to improve patient care processes across the division.
Qualifications
Required-Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience, or 5 years healthcare leadership experience, or Master's Degree (no experience required)
