The posted compensation range of $26.76 - $39.81 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our Student Nurse, you will make the pivotal transition from student to professional nurse, building trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you apply classroom concepts in a real-time, supportive environment. Our comprehensive residency program is designed to establish you as a reliable resource and helpful supporter for patients and families.
Every day you will practice essential nursing skills, collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals, and contribute to patient care plans, actively applying your foundational knowledge in a dynamic clinical setting.
To be successful in this role, you will bring enthusiasm for helping others and a keen desire to put your classroom experience into practice. We are committed to teaching you everything necessary for success within our hospital, making this an ideal launchpad for your professional nursing career.
