Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves executing tactical digital marketing initiatives which align with organizational goals. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates. They will utilize data analytics to

measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. The Digital Marketing Specialist will stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices in the healthcare industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelors in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, website development and management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, SalesForce, Google, and Hootsuite.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Training:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
