The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
The Program Manager for Physician and APP Listening supports organizational culture and engagement efforts by coordinating the planning, administration, and reporting of surveys and feedback activities for physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). This includes managing timelines, logistics, communications, and initial data review in collaboration with external survey vendor(s).
The Program Manager partners with physician and APP leaders to help them understand listening insights and identify practical opportunities for local and team-level improvement. The role provides consistent support in turning feedback into actionable steps that strengthen engagement across physician and APP groups.
The incumbent also serves as a consultant to physician and APP executive leaders and the Chief Medical and Quality Officer who is the physician and APP engagement strategy owner, supporting the interpretation of survey results and the development of meaningful strategy and measurable actions. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Talent, Learning, and Capabilities team to ensure physician and APP listening efforts align with broader organizational initiatives.

Survey Design & Development
Help design surveys with research-based questions that are actionable, validated, reliable, and measure drivers of engagement.
Ensure survey design is customized to organizational needs and aligned with the organization’s unique culture, mission, and values.
Survey Administration
Coordinate with vendors on survey launch logistics; manage survey processes; troubleshoot with key stakeholders to ensure effective administration.
Partner with survey leads and internal communications to promote survey participation, communicate purpose and intended outcomes, and remove barriers to engagement.
Monitor data collection to ensure surveys perform at optimum levels.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Pull survey breakout reports for key stakeholders and leaders by demographic categories (e.g., tenure, gender, department).
Collaborate with the People Analytics team and vendor to interpret survey information, identify themes, spot trends, compare populations, and tie business metrics to employee engagement.
Prepare charts and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Action Planning & Engagement
Manage rollout of survey results and assist leaders at all levels in developing actionable plans.
Work with HR teams to compare survey results to industry benchmarks, internal business metrics, and past employee trends.
Support physician/APP executive leaders in understanding insights and taking meaningful action on feedback.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback and lessons learned on survey administration processes to optimize future efforts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience
Master’s Degree in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Business / Data Analytics, or other related field; a combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
and 4-6 years with 5 years of professional experience in a related field such as workforce / business analytics, management consulting, organizational research, or strategic HR business partnership
