The posted compensation range of $69.41 - $103.25 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The Market Director for Cardiovascular Services acts as the primary administrative and clinical leader overseeing cardiovascular services in the Market. The Director is accountable for quality and safety metrics, experience metrics, adherence to clinical standards, growth initiatives, resource management, and workforce training in compliance with regulatory standards. Partnering with local and market stakeholders, this leader designs and executes the market strategy for cardiovascular services, in collaboration with service line leadership, to include growth strategies and standardized clinical protocols, ensuring a cohesive market approach to patient care and continuous performance improvement.
- Plans, implements, evaluates and oversees the daily operations of cardiovascular services for the Market, including, but not limited to, quality monitoring, staffing models, fiscal and budgetary oversight, equipment management, education and competency validation.
- Advises medical staff, department leaders, facility leaders, and market leadership in matters related to emergency services and strategies.
- Leads the development of the service line’s objectives and integration of services in support of the Market’s mission and vision and in alignment with the Market’s strategic business direction by collaborating with others to create and execute integrated business plans; identifies short and long range goals as well as desired outcome measures and develops a plan of implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluating.
- Assesses and improves the quality of patient care and services provided to assure high standards on a continual basis, ensuring the development, implementation and monitoring of Performance Improvement activities; ensures that all services are in compliance with The Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations and professional organization standards and that quality control programs are maintained as appropriate.
- Recruits, trains, coaches, mentors and retains department managers based upon periodic competency assessment, identified job expectations/responsibilities, and encouraging professional/educational growth and opportunities; ensures through the department leaders and staff that needs of patients are met through coordination and collaboration with local and market teams.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Of Science In business or healthcare related field and 4-6 years Minimum offive (5) years nursing experience
- Minimum of three (3) years leadership experience
- Registered Nurse: AZ
Preferred
- Previous experience infacility-wide or market-wide integration and collaboration
- Masters Other In nursing, business or healthcare related field or
- Additional job related experience in lieu of the degree.
