As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical Surgical Unit, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery while presenting a positive attitude and being reliable,

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilities:

• Facilitates, communicates, and collaborates with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
• Provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for patients from adolescent to geriatric.
• Handles patients with more complex situations with assistance and supervision.
• Assists with managing patient care administered by other members of the nursing staff.
• Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Required

• Current and activeAZ RN license or current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 

Preferred

• One year of RN experience
• BSN
