The posted compensation range of $37.40 - $55.63 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
The CommonSpirit (CSH) Real Estate Strategy Development (RESD) business unit supports the organization in
developing dynamic portfolio solutions across the Enterprise - largely focused on Market Planning, Portfolio
Optimization, Real Estate Development, and support of Joint Venture initiatives. Within our Market Planning
work, we focus on portfolio alignment to the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), campus planning, physician enterprise,
market support for long range strategic plans, and strategic leasing.
The Associate Project Manager, Real Estate Strategy will play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Strategy team in
delivering market, regional, and system level strategies impacting the enterprise. The successful candidate will
collaborate with Real Estate Strategy leadership to support work to align strategy and real estate to ensure appropriate
investment in the IDN. He/She will be tasked with the project coordination and project management to keep projects
on task and to coordinate and support work efforts. The successful candidate will support and be involved in planning
engagements with Market Operations + Strategy leaders, as well as with National business unit teams, and will build
relationships and forums for the proper exchange of data and information. The primary focus will be on strategic
projects impacting campuses and large scale ambulatory.
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform the following: production of project schedules, coordination of
meetings and project activities, preparation of meeting notes / minutes, keep next steps and tasks list to ensure work is
being completed in a timely manner, interface with end users to coordinate delivery of data / information / materials, and involvement in projects to support team as needed.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other National Real Estate Services team members to develop and
support planning efforts across the portfolio. The candidate will collaborate with Real Estate Planning, Project Management, and Facilities Management teams to ensure work is coordinated across the platform to support business planning and strategy review processes.
1. Supports the team focused on the successful development and completion of market and site / business unit specific strategies to support our Integrated Delivery Network
2. Responsible for working with project leads to manage the schedule and delivery aspects of project work to ensure tasks are complete and work is progressing in a timely fashion.
3. Accountable for supporting the internal leadership within the Real Estate Strategy team for all institutional planning and provides regular briefs on project status to the System Director for Real Estate Strategy Portfolio Planning
4. Build relationships with Business Unit, Market, and Division Operations and Strategy leaders to work effectively with cross-functional business unit teams.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional NRES teams to coordinate workflow of projects including strategy teams, real estate planners, real estate project management, facility management and other NRES team members.
6. Support the coordination of work with internal team members and/or external 3rd party consultant resources to complete projects and projects tasks on schedule
7. Respond to requests for information, ensure collection of information, and support the maintenance of project files to ensure files are up to date and coordinated.
8. Coordinate meetings, supports the preparation of presentation materials, and both support and be involved meetings within NRES, with end users, and with senior Market and Region leaders
9. Supports and promotes CommonSpirit Health’s ethical and social Responsibilities
10. Consistently act in accordance with CommonSpirit Health policy and procedure guidelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Management, Health Administration, or similar.
Minimum of (5) years of experience in healthcare project management, project coordination, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership on complex projects in a coordination and communication role that have direct impact on the delivery of care for both acute and ambulatory sites
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support teamwork with multidisciplinary groups.
Able to organize multiple work streams and project tasks.
Able to coordinate and help manage multiple ongoing projects and team members.
Able to organize and maintain project related files and information
Creative problem solving skills; ability to develop solutions to complex project management and coordination tasks.
Ability to collaborative and communicate effectively and have excellent interpersonal relationship building skills
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Self-starter who can work independently but also work collaboratively with a team
