The posted compensation range of $280,000 - $300,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. We are actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (FM / IM) physician to provide high-quality outpatient care at Med Plus Pismo Beach in the stunning coastal community of Pismo Beach, California.
This exceptional opportunity is part of a robust, established ambulatory clinic system that includes over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations spanning four counties, and 20 specialty services. We seek a productive physician committed to delivering high-quality, longitudinal care in a thriving, growing community.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Guarantee: $280 - 300k annually + productivity and quality incentives

Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
