The posted compensation range of $109,803 - $160,078 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full-time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our busy department in Prescott, Arizona
- EMR: Cerner
- This position will be Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care focus.
- Project volume: 250 patients
- Office Patients: Patients are seen in the office with some off-site home visits in the surrounding area
- Typical work week (hours worked; hospital vs. clinic) - option to work 4 or 5 days per week. Working in clinic setting, as well as, off site visits throughout the community to accommodate the patient’s needs. Typical patient visit load of 2 new consults a day and f/u visit
Job Requirements
- Current Board Certification
- Valid medical license
- Valid DEA certificate
- 2-5 years experience in geriatrics with focus on cognitive diseases preferred
