The posted compensation range of $500,000 - $550,000 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
- Flexible Schedule: 4-day work week (8 AM – 5:30 PM) with full-time or part-time options available.
- Clinical Focus: Comprehensive breast imaging utilizing Hologic tomosynthesis and US, stereotactic, and MRI-guided biopsies.
- Tailored Practice: Options for 100% breast-only tracks or a mix of modalities (ER/Inpatient, General) based on clinical interest.
- Partnership & Leadership: Clear partnership track within a stable, 100% radiologist-owned group with multiple leadership roles available.
- Work-Life Balance: Manageable patient loads focused on quality care, supported by home workstations for screening mammography and remote work options.
- Competetive Earnings: $500k–$550k base with total partner compensation of $650,000+; additional income via lucrative per-click and internal moonlighting shifts.
- Incentives: $75,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for full-time candidates.

Job Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology.
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
