The posted compensation range of $37.50 - $44.15 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

As our IDX Training and Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering effective end user training and support, using existing training materials and procedures to all end users of the IDX Practice Management System.
Every day you will round with IDX users throughout the organization to independently offer immediate on-the-job support during the IDX user’s day to day duties, during clinic expansions/moves, and during the roll out of new or updated features of the system. You will identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to meet those needs, while also identifying ways to improve existing education/training plans.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of athenaIDX, exceptional communication skills and a clear ability to deliver training and gain understanding.
As a remote employee, we will provide you with the equipment needed to work from home, including a laptop, docking station, dual monitors, and accessories.
This position is work from home for residents of CA, NV or AZ, within driving distance to Dignity Health clinics.
- Responsible for delivering effective end user training and support, using existing training materials and procedures to all end users of the IDX program
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of training materials, including but not limited to scripts, scenarios, and training schedules
- Conduct assigned studies, applying needs analysis and systems analysis method/techniques
- Identify where and how cost and time-effective improvements can be made to IDX system processes
- Problem solve and assess questions/concerns from IDX users
- Travel to support clinic expansions or clinic moves where the IDX system is in use
Job Requirements
Required
- Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Two (2) years of experience working with IDX practice management software
- Three (3) years experience providing training and guidance in a healthcare setting. Ability to develop, design, and deliver course content
- 2-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent verbal and written skills required
- Computer literacy and competency, including the use of word processing, databases, email, and Learning Management Systems. Ability to support go-lives of system components as necessary. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Ability to use discretion and independent judgement for more than 50% of their duties
Preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare environment working with IDX practice management software preferred
- Five (5) years of experience with IDX practice management software preferred
- Five (5) years experience providing training and guidance in a healthcare setting preferred
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Physician practice/medical office experience preferred
