The posted compensation range of $673,073 - $801,402 /year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Interventional Cardiologist, you will join the distinguished team at Centennial Shaw Heart and Vascular Specialists in Roseburg, OR. As the first hospital west of Texas to achieve the American College of Cardiology's Accreditation for Cardiovascular Excellence and a U.S. News & World Report High Performing Hospital for Heart Attack (2024-2025), we have a long-standing commitment to providing high-quality patient care.


Every day you will perform complex cardiovascular procedures utilizing our state-of-the-art facilities, which feature three fully equipped catheterization labs powered by the latest GE medical technology. You will have the advantage of working at a single hospital site that integrates an onsite cardiology clinic and a comprehensive cardiovascular center. 


To be successful in this role, you must be a board-certified or board-eligible Interventional Cardiologist committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You must excel in high-functioning, collaborative clinical environments and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Note: Cardiothoracic Surgery services are not available at this location. 


Job Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or board eligible in Interventional Cardiology with the American Board of Internal Medicine
  • Have or obtain an Oregon medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Specialty training completed at an ACGME accredited facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Centennial Shaw Heart & Vascular Specialists is a department of Centennial Medical Group, a division of CHI Mercy Health (a member of CommonSpirit). Located in Roseburg, Oregon, our team provides a wide range of interventional radiology services to the 110,000+ residents in Douglas county.
